What it does
The most common AI data incident is not sophisticated. Somebody pastes a spreadsheet, a log file or a contract into a chatbot to get help with it, and personal data or a live credential goes with it.
This scans text for that material before it leaves your control. It runs as pattern matching in code, so the thing you are checking is never itself sent to a model.
What it finds
- Personal data: names, addresses, national IDs, contact details, health terms
- Credentials: API keys, tokens, connection strings, private keys
- Where in the text each match sits, so you can decide rather than guess
- Nothing is retained and nothing is sent anywhere
