  • Integrate AI systems with client data sources, APIs, ERPs, and document stores
  • Develop evaluation frameworks to measure model performance, accuracy, and regression across deployments
  • Collaborate directly with clients during technical discovery, delivery, and handover phases

What we need

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years focused on ML/LLM systems
  • Deep hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, and the Hugging Face ecosystem
  • Production experience deploying and serving large language models at scale
  • Strong understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector), and embedding models
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and GPU infrastructure provisioning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. You will present technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience with fine-tuning workflows (LoRA, QLoRA, DPO, RLHF)
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agent frameworks
  • Prior consulting or client-facing experience

Enterprise AI Solutions Architect

Engineering · Houston, TX (Hybrid) · Full-Time · $175,000 – $215,000

You will be the technical authority in client engagements, translating complex enterprise requirements into concrete AI architectures, owning the solution design from discovery through delivery, and ensuring every system we build is robust, secure, and actually adopted.

What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to map current-state systems, data infrastructure, and AI readiness
  • Design end-to-end AI solution architectures including data pipelines, model serving, security boundaries, and integration layers
  • Produce detailed architecture documents, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps for client review
  • Own the technical relationship with senior client stakeholders (CTO, CISO, VP Engineering)
  • Provide guidance to the delivery engineering team throughout implementation phases
  • Evaluate build vs. buy decisions and advise clients on vendor selection for infrastructure and tooling

What we need

  • 8+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years in a solutions architect or principal engineer role
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise AI/ML infrastructure including on-premise GPU deployments, private cloud, and hybrid architectures
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security requirements: network isolation, access control, data governance, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, FINRA)
  • Experience designing systems for Fortune 500 or large-enterprise clients
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to write crisp architecture proposals and present to C-suite audiences
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern infrastructure tooling

Nice to have

  • Background in a regulated industry (healthcare, financial services, legal)
  • Experience with multi-model hybrid routing architectures
  • MBA or executive education in technology management

Client Delivery · Houston, TX (Hybrid) · Full-Time · $130,000 – $165,000

You will own the end-to-end delivery of Senteras's client engagements, from kickoff through go-live. You'll manage scope, timelines, and client relationships while keeping engineering teams focused and executives informed. This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery and strategic advisory.

What you will do

  • Own project delivery for 3–5 concurrent enterprise AI engagements, managing timelines, budgets, and scope
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, building trust and proactively surfacing risks before they become problems
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive readouts
  • Translate technical progress into business language for client leadership teams
  • Coordinate with engineering leads to maintain realistic delivery schedules and manage change requests
  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing client accounts

What we need

  • 5+ years of project or engagement management experience in a consulting, professional services, or enterprise software environment
  • Strong working knowledge of AI/ML concepts. You don't write code, but you can credibly discuss LLMs, data pipelines, and infrastructure trade-offs with engineers and clients
  • Proven track record managing enterprise client relationships at the VP or C-suite level
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or structured consulting frameworks)
  • Outstanding organizational skills with high tolerance for ambiguity in fast-moving engagements
  • Bachelor's degree; PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Nice to have

  • Experience at a management consulting firm (MBB, Big 4, or boutique tech consultancy)
  • Industry expertise in manufacturing, financial services, or healthcare
  • Familiarity with AI change management and enterprise adoption strategies
