What if we do not have a written playbook?
Most teams do not. We derive it from your executed agreements, which tends to be more accurate than the written version anyway because it reflects what was actually agreed rather than what was aspired to.
Does it replace outside counsel review?
No. It handles first-pass review and triage so counsel time goes to the genuinely negotiated terms. Nothing here changes who owns the legal judgment.
