AI Incident-Response Playbook Generator
A written playbook for AI incidents: detection, containment, disclosure and who decides what.
Free, no account needed. Works with no API key configured; a model only polishes the wording, and the tool falls back to its own output without one.
What it does
Security incident response is a solved discipline. AI incident response mostly is not, and the failure modes are different: a model leaking training data, an agent taking an action nobody authorized, a vendor changing a model underneath you.
This generates a playbook covering detection, containment, disclosure and the decision rights that decide how fast any of it happens.
What it produces
- Detection criteria specific to AI failure modes
- Containment steps that account for third-party model providers
- A disclosure path, including who signs off
- Named decision rights, so containment does not wait on a meeting
How it works
- Describe your AI footprint and who owns it.
- The playbook is assembled around that footprint.
- Run a tabletop against it before you need it.

Every tool here works with no API key configured. The scoring and the documents are produced in code; where a model is used at all it only polishes wording, and the tool falls back to its own output if the model is unavailable. Nothing you enter is used to train anything.
