Shadow-AI Usage Assessor
Estimates the unsanctioned AI use already happening in your organization, and what it exposes.
Free, no account needed. This one makes no model call at all: everything is computed in code.
What it does
Every organization that has not deployed AI has deployed AI. Staff are using consumer tools on work problems, and the exposure is real whether or not it is acknowledged.
This estimates the scale and, more usefully, what class of data is likely already leaving. It is designed to be shown to people who believe the answer is zero.
What it estimates
- Likely scale of unsanctioned use, by function
- What kind of data is most likely leaving with it
- Which sanctioned alternative would remove the need
- The argument for enablement rather than a ban that will not hold
How it works
- Describe your organization and its current posture.
- The assessment runs in code against known usage patterns.
- Use it to justify a sanctioned path rather than a prohibition.

Every tool here works with no API key configured. The scoring and the documents are produced in code; where a model is used at all it only polishes wording, and the tool falls back to its own output if the model is unavailable. Nothing you enter is used to train anything.
